These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all participation in classes, activities, events, use of facilities, purchases, memberships, digital platforms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Cycletique, LLC (“Cycletique,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
By booking, purchasing, entering the studio, or participating in any Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in any Cycletique Services constitutes acceptance of:
• These Terms of Service
• The Waiver and Release of Liability
• Bike Safety Instructions
• All studio policies and procedures
Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility and termination of access without refund.
2. ELIGIBILITY & MINORS
Participants must:
• Be at least 18 years old OR
• Have signed parental/guardian consent
Minors must meet studio height and safety requirements (minimum 4’11” for cycling equipment).
Cycletique reserves the right to deny participation based on safety concerns.
3. WAIVER & RELEASE INCORPORATION
The Cycletique Waiver and Release Form is fully incorporated into these Terms.
By participating in Services, you:
• Release Cycletique from all liability
• Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycletique
• Accept full responsibility for injuries, property damage, or losses
Including those arising from negligence to the fullest extent allowed by law.
4. MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKS & PAYMENTS
Payments
All purchases must be paid in full at time of booking.
Memberships
• Auto-renew unless canceled per policy
• Non-transferable
• No sharing permitted
• Subject to price or benefit changes with notice
Class Packs
• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Subject to expiration
All sales are final unless required by law.
5. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must book through Cycletique’s approved booking system.
Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class start time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
May result in:
• Loss of class credit
• Additional fees for members ($12 for late cancellation and $15 for no show fee)
6. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
For safety and class flow:
• Late arrivals beyond 5 minutes may be denied entry
• No refunds or credits for late arrivals
7. STUDIO SAFETY & EQUIPMENT USE
Participants agree to:
• Follow all Bike Safety Instructions
• Use equipment properly
• Maintain awareness of surroundings
• Report malfunctions immediately
Misuse of equipment may result in removal and liability for damages.
8. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Cycletique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Lockers are provided as a courtesy only.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
Clients must:
• Behave respectfully toward staff and members
• Follow instructor guidance
• Maintain a safe environment
Prohibited behaviors include:
• Harassment or abusive conduct
• Intoxication or impairment
• Unsafe use of equipment
• Disruptive behavior
Cycletique may suspend or terminate access immediately without refund.
10. MEDIA RELEASE
Unless written opt-out is provided, you grant Cycletique permission to use photographs or recordings taken during classes or events for marketing and promotional purposes.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All branding, logos, class formats, choreography, playlists, written content, and digital materials are the property of Cycletique and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
12. REFUNDS
All purchases are final.
No refunds for:
• Missed classes
• Unused credits
• Membership periods
• Late cancellations
13. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Cycletique may suspend or terminate participation for:
• Policy violations
• Safety concerns
• Non-payment
• Disruptive conduct
Without refund.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cycletique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in activities at Cycletique. However, this limitation does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct by Cycletique. This provision is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law, and if any portion is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cycletique, its officers, employees, and agents, from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your participation in activities at Cycletique or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent such claims, losses, damages, or expenses result from Cycletique’s gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
Cycletique may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
